The EHS Manager partners closely with business and operational stakeholders, including regional leadership, to reduce risk, strengthen regulatory compliance, and foster sustainable safety performance.

This individual should be comfortable moving between the field and the leadership table, challenging existing practices when necessary while maintaining strong relationships with operational stakeholders.
• Success requires visible leadership at the point of work, sound judgment, technical credibility, responsiveness, and a bias toward execution. The EHS Manager should focus not only on whether requirements are completed, but whether they are effective, understood, and sustained.

What Success Looks Like:

• Success in this role is demonstrated through reduced operational risk, strong regulatory compliance, timely and effective corrective actions, improved associate and leadership engagement, development of a high-performing EHS team, and safety processes that become embedded into normal business operations.
