Maintenance Manager (Начальник службы технического обслуживания) Location: Kazakhstan, Atyrau How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Accountable for the production & product delivery to the customer on a given scope (site / region / country etc.). Manage team(s) covering different activities in Secondary Production (eg. operations technicians, maintenance, product compliance etc). INCLUDE Cluster/Country/Site Secondary Production Operations management Guarantee the implementation of the strategy and objectives in his/her domain Drive the Area Operations towards the objectives Manage high complexity teams in terms of processes, products, safety. Set and supervise the operational KPIs to guarantee a Continuous improvement implementation in his/her domain Develop the manager's level and supports the manager in developing their teams Own Robust expertise and Knowledge on the field operations under his /her responsibility Are you a MATCH?
