Summary: Air Control Home Services is a team of home service experts dedicated to ensuring peak performance for plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems. The role of Customer Service Representative involves promoting customer satisfaction by converting incoming calls into booked service appointments and making outbound calls to maintain a full schedule for field personnel.
