About the Role
This role is to support the Group’s risk governance processes and regular risk reporting.
Risk Committees & Regular Risk Reporting
Manage the Group Risk Committees, and ensuring end-to-end processes run smoothly and efficiently, including agenda planning and ensuring the timelines are properly cascaded to relevant stakeholders.
Manage AIA Company Limited and AIA International Limited Risk Committee & Board meetings, including material consolidation and review as well as drafting of minutes.
Liaise with various functions and teams across Group and Business Units to collate reports for the Risk Committees.
Participate in pre-meetings and support coordinating and monitoring follow-up actions arising from meetings.
Manage monthly risk dashboard for senior executive meeting, including reviewing submissions for consistency.
Handling information request for audit and review purposes.
Others
Maintain record management duties, including proper document management on Group SharePoint and managing access rights.
Support the execution of risk communication including assisting in developing communication & training materials
Support and manage ad hoc projects as needed
Propose process enhancements where opportunities are identified
Rerquirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree holder
Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in risk management or governance.
Preferred with working experience in insurance or financial services industry, at regional/head office for multinational corporates
Good analytical skill with an ability to challenge status quo and willing to take great variety of responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal communication, influencing, management and presentation skills.
Excellent written communication skills
Able to operate effectively in a dynamic and complex environment with strong attention to detail and quality assurance
