About the Role
The Quality Checker is responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of Corporate Operations transactions across the Group Insurance Business. The role safeguards operational quality by ensuring transactions adhere to established guidelines, regulatory requirements, and service level expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checking of CS Operations transactions, including policy set up, member updates, endorsements, billing adjustments, and client servicing activities.
Validate transaction accuracy, documentation completeness, and compliance with internal controls, underwriting rules, corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify processing gaps, errors, and improvement opportunities; endorse corrective actions to concerned teams.
Maintain quality logs, error summaries, and audit records to support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Support Teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely correction of errors.
Provide feedback and insights to management based on recurring issues and quality trends.
Support readiness for internal audit, regulatory reviews, and compliance checks.
Participate in calibration sessions to align quality expectations and enhance process consistency.
