About the Role
This role provides hands on exposure to digital wellness solutions, campaign support, content coordination, and event logistics within AIA Corporate Solutions. The intern will work closely with internal stakeholders to support day to day operational and project activities.
Internship Period: 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026
The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and contribute:
Depending on the suitable development opportunities in CS Digital and Health Department, you may be involved in
Digital Wellness Tools Support
Support UAT execution for digital health functionalities from a user perspective
Conduct walkthrough testing based on predefined scenarios and clearly document test results
Log defects or improvement observations in a structured format
Support follow‑up testing after fixes or enhancements
Sales and Members Communication Support
Assist in drafting and proofreading content in English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified)
Support the preparation of user journey content, user guides, FAQs, and internal communications
Ensure clarity, tone consistency, and alignment with company guidelines
Wellness Events Logistics Support
Assist with the coordination of wellness event activities
Support logistics such as registration lists, materials preparation, onsite support, and post‑event follow‑up
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for event‑related arrangements
Help prepare post‑event summaries or feedback consolidation
What you will need:
Undergraduate student in Business, Communications, Public Health or related disciplines
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Good writing skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic documentation
A good team player with a curious mindset and willingness to learn
Interest in digital health, wellness, or event coordination
