Job Summary

AI Infotech is looking for an experienced QA Test Lead / Test Manager to lead end-to-end quality engineering initiatives across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, UI Testing, and AI-assisted QA, along with proven experience in Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud environments.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or Claude AI for improving QA processes, test case design, automation, defect analysis, and testing efficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, processes, and quality standards.
• Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects.
• Plan, review, and oversee Manual, Automation, API, and UI Testing activities.
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria and identify testable scenarios.
• Design and review test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test coverage.
• Perform and oversee API testing using Postman, Swagger, and Karate.
• Lead UI testing activities including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, cross-browser, responsive, and end-to-end testing.
• Build, maintain, and review UI automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Selenium.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Use Microsoft Copilot and/or Claude AI for:
  
• Test case and test data generation
• Automation script optimization
• Acceptance criteria analysis
• Defect investigation and documentation
• Test coverage improvement
• QA productivity enhancement
• Track and manage defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar tools.
• Monitor QA metrics, testing progress, quality risks, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Scrum, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Support cloud-based testing and DevOps validation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation, and quality engineering practices.

Experience Requirements

• 12–18 years of total IT experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing.
• 5+ years of experience in a Test Lead / Test Manager role.
• Proven experience managing QA teams and multiple projects.
• Strong experience in test planning, execution, automation, and quality management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted QA tools such as Microsoft Copilot and/or Claude AI is mandatory.
