About Ahmed Solutions

Ahmed Solutions is an Ireland-based digital marketing and client acquisition company working primarily with businesses across the United States and other international markets.

Our primary division, Patients Flow, is a healthcare marketing company that helps private medical practices across the U.S. generate and schedule new patient opportunities through paid advertising, websites, AI, automation, and appointment-setting systems.

We primarily work with chiropractors, med spas, primary care practices, wellness clinics, and other healthcare businesses.

Ahmed Solutions also operates and works with a wider network of businesses, meaning successful SDRs may eventually be assigned to different campaigns, industries, niches, or offers based on their strengths and company requirements.

Role Overview

We're hiring ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our outbound sales team.

Your primary responsibility is simple:

Pick up the phone, speak with U.S. business owners and decision-makers, generate interest, and book qualified appointments for our Sales Closers.

Cold calling will be your primary outreach channel.

This is a performance-driven sales position. Your base salary provides stability, but the real earning opportunity comes from commission on clients that close from the appointments you generate.

The better you become at prospecting, booking qualified appointments, and helping create revenue, the more you can earn.

Compensation & CommissionFull-Time SDR

Base Salary: PKR 70,000–100,000/month

Your starting salary will depend on your previous SDR experience, English communication, cold-calling ability, and proven track record.

PLUS performance-based commission on deals closed from your booked appointments.

Commission is designed to be a meaningful part of your overall compensation—not just a small occasional bonus.

There is no fixed ceiling on your earnings.

Strong SDRs who consistently generate qualified opportunities can significantly increase their monthly income beyond their base salary.

SDR Internship

If you have excellent English and strong potential but don't yet have enough professional SDR experience, you may qualify for our paid internship track.

Stipend: PKR 30,000/month + Commission

Interns can also earn commission when clients close from their booked appointments, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings while you're still learning.

Successful interns may progress into a full-time SDR position based on performance.

What You'll Be DoingCold Calling – Primary Responsibility

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S.-based businesses.
• Speak with business owners, practice owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
• Follow our proven sales scripts while learning how to communicate naturally.
• Identify potential opportunities and qualify prospects.
• Handle common objections and continue conversations professionally.
• Book qualified appointments directly into our Sales Closers' calendars.

Appointment & Pipeline Management

Your responsibility doesn't stop when the appointment is booked.

You'll also:

• Confirm upcoming appointments.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or other channels when required.
• Help maintain strong appointment show rates.
• Follow up with interested prospects who aren't ready to book immediately.
• Coordinate with Sales Closers regarding upcoming opportunities.

CRM & Reporting

• Record calls, outcomes, notes, and lead statuses accurately inside GoHighLevel.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Complete daily performance reports.
• Track calls, conversations, appointments, show rates, and other relevant KPIs.
• Work closely with your Sales Manager and Closers to continuously improve performance.

Additional Prospecting

Cold calling is the main focus, but depending on the campaign, you may also use:

• Cold Email
• LinkedIn
• Cold DMs
• WhatsApp
• Social Media
• Other outbound prospecting channels

Performance Expectations

Sales is measurable.

Your performance will primarily be evaluated based on:

• Daily outbound activity
• Meaningful conversations with decision-makers
• Qualified appointments booked
• Appointment show rate
• Deals and revenue generated from your appointments
• Follow-up consistency
• CRM accuracy
• Communication quality
• Consistency and reliability

We care about activity, but we're ultimately building a revenue-producing sales team, not a call centre that only measures dial counts.

What We're Looking ForFor Full-Time SDRs

Previous cold calling, SDR, appointment-setting, telesales, or outbound sales experience is strongly preferred.

You should have:

• Excellent spoken English.
• Confidence speaking with U.S.-based prospects.
• Previous experience making outbound calls.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle rejection without losing motivation.
• Understanding of appointment setting and basic sales qualification.
• Strong discipline and consistency.
• Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural.
• Comfortable working toward measurable KPIs and targets.
• Ability to take coaching and implement feedback quickly.

We cannot teach basic English communication from scratch.

You should be:

• Confident speaking in English.
• Comfortable talking to strangers on the phone.
• Hungry to learn sales.
• Coachable.
• Competitive and motivated by performance.
• Comfortable receiving feedback on your calls.
• Interested in building a long-term career rather than simply finding a temporary remote job.

• Professional headset or microphone.
• Quiet working environment.
• Backup internet solution where possible.

Standard Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT(8 working hours + 1-hour break)

Our sales team operates during U.S. business hours, so your exact shift may occasionally move up to 1 hour earlier or later depending on the U.S. time zone and campaign you're assigned to.

For example, your shift may start anywhere between approximately 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM PKT, with the corresponding finish time adjusted accordingly.

Candidates must be comfortable working a consistent U.S.-aligned night shift and should have the flexibility to accommodate these minor scheduling adjustments when required.

Apply if you:

• Have strong English communication skills.
• Enjoy talking to people.
• Want your income to be influenced by your performance.
• Can deal with rejection and keep dialing.
• Are competitive and ambitious.
• Want to become genuinely good at sales.
• Are comfortable being coached and having your calls reviewed.
• Want a long-term remote career working with international businesses.

For interns, we're looking for potential, communication ability, hunger, and coachability.

Final Note

This isn't a role where you simply clock in, make a few calls, and collect a salary.

We're building a performance-driven sales team.

If you're good at cold calling and appointment setting, your commission can become a significant part of your monthly income.

And if you're starting through our internship program, we're giving you an opportunity to learn a skill that can take you from:

Intern → SDR → Closer → Sales Leadership

If you bring the communication skills, consistency, competitiveness, and willingness to improve, we'll provide the systems, training, leads, coaching, and opportunity to grow.
