AR Caller / AR Follow-up Executive at AGS Health in Hyderabad

AGS Health is looking for experienced and passionate AR Follow-up Executives to join our growing Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process and be capable of independently handling insurance follow-up, denial management, and claim resolution while consistently meeting productivity and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform insurance follow-up on outstanding medical claims through outbound calls and account analysis.
• Resolve unpaid or denied claims by coordinating with insurance companies and utilizing available billing tools.
• Identify payment delays, denial trends, coding or billing issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Process appeals, corrected claims, adjustments, write-offs, and account transfers wherever applicable.
• Accurately document call outcomes and account updates in the billing system.
• Ensure SLA, productivity, quality, and compliance targets are consistently achieved.
• Escalate recurring issues related to credentialing, payer policies, or billing processes to management.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of AR Calling / AR Follow-up experience
• Experience in Physician Billing or Hospital Billing
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Good understanding of denial management and insurance follow-up
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Graduate in any discipline
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
