Summary: Agilent Technologies is seeking an AI Intern to support the lifecycle management and optimization of functional chatbots. The role involves testing, monitoring, and enhancing chatbot performance while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and maintaining documentation. Responsibilities: - Develop real-world user scenarios to test chatbot performance - Conduct structured testing prior to releases and updates - Evaluate response accuracy, tone, compliance, and workflow alignment - Document defects, gaps, and improvement recommendations - Support regression testing following updates - Monitor bot analytics (usage, resolution rate, fallback frequency) - Identify conversation breakdown points - Recommend prompt refinements and workflow improvements - Assist in continuous improvement cycles - Draft update summaries for business stakeholders - Support go-live communications and release notes - Help prepare adoption updates for leadership - Track enhancement requests and feedback loops - Create simple job aids or FAQs to support end users - Assist in training sessions or demo walkthroughs - Monitor adoption metrics and identify engagement gaps - Support feedback collection and user sentiment tracking - Maintain chatbot documentation (flows, prompts, updates) - Support version tracking and change logs - Assist with compliance reviews where required - Ensure alignment with AI governance standards Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
