As a member of our team, you will:
Support full life-cycle recruitment process including the execution of sourcing strategies, assessing and delivering a high-quality pool of candidates
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ relevant experience, skills and aptitudes using a broad range of selection tools and methods
Provide an exceptional experience to all candidates by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall experience
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs
Participate in Employer Branding initiatives and represent Affidea Greece in career events and meet-ups
Be responsible for some of recruitment and related administrative tasks
