Summary: Aeroseal is looking for a Human Resources Intern that will assist us in our mission by supporting the Human Resources team with various HR initiatives. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in HR operations while allowing the intern to contribute to projects that improve efficiency and the overall employee experience. Responsibilities: - Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and dashboard creation - Support HR process improvement initiatives - Help audit, organize, and maintain HR documentation and files - Create and update HR process documentation and SOPs - Assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives - Support HR compliance and recordkeeping projects - Conduct research on HR tools, trends, and operational best practices - Assist with internship program coordination and internal events - Partner with HR team members on special projects and administrative initiatives - Help identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency and organization Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or related field - Strong organizational and communication skills - Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks - Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 - Interest in HR operations, analytics, and employee experience - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Required Skills: Microsoft Office 365, HR reporting, HR process improvement, HR documentation management, Employee engagement, HR compliance, HR analytics Benefits: On-site fitness center with weekly group training and yoga instruction, Growth Mindset Learning Reimbursement including book reimbursement., Dog-friendly workplace.
