Summary: Aegon Asset Management is a leading global investor seeking an intern for their Strategic Partnerships team. The intern will gain experience in asset management and support international sales and marketing efforts, working closely with the sales staff to create reports and respond to client inquiries. Responsibilities: - Assisting the sales team in providing follow up responses from questions clients have on the investment funds we manage - Creating reports for senior leaders of our company which demonstrate the results we are achieving in the international markets - Tracking and coordinating sales trades our local distributors and internal reporting teams Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled full-time at a college or university pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar field - Available per May 2026 for an estimated 35-40 hours per week - Strong written & verbal communications skills - Able to work as part of a team - Detail-oriented, reliable and dependable - Solid understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Can work in our Cedar Rapids, IA office Required Skills: Investment knowledge, Sales support, Data analysis Important Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word Nice-to-Have Skills: Teamwork, Communication skills, Detail-oriented, Reliability Benefits: Competitive rewards program including incentive compensation, Health and wellness benefits, Retirement programs, Learning and development opportunities
