Summary: AEG is a leading company in sports and live entertainment, hosting millions of guests and events annually. The Talent Acquisition Intern role offers college students a chance to gain real-world experience in recruitment, supporting the Talent Acquisition team in various projects and recruitment strategies. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment strategies for corporate hiring - Assist with the recruitment process, including strategy development, posting jobs, sourcing, diversity recruiting, candidate outreach, employer branding, and hiring - Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications - Build a pipeline of talent by sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, and LinkedIn Recruiter - Assist in planning events for the university relations team Required Qualifications: - An interest in Talent Acquisition - Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field - Interest in managing software and systems that support the TA team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fluent in Microsoft Office – EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint, specifically - Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Required Skills: Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategies, Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Multi-tasking Benefits: Corporate networking, Intern Lunch & Learns with cross-departmental executives, Resume review with AEG Talent Acquisition team
