Summer Intern, Talent Acquisition at AEG in Los Angeles, CA

Summary: AEG is a leader in sports and live entertainment, hosting over 160 million guests annually. The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment cycle by collaborating with the recruiting team and hiring managers to develop strategies and generate talent pipelines across various departments. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment strategies for corporate hiring - Assist with the recruitment process, including strategy development, posting jobs, sourcing, diversity recruiting, candidate outreach, employer branding, and hiring - Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications - Build a pipeline of talent by sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, and LinkedIn Recruiter - Assist in planning events for the university relations team Required Qualifications: - An interest in Talent Acquisition - Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field - Interest in managing software and systems that support the TA team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fluent in Microsoft Office – EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint, specifically - Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Required Skills: Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategies, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Multi-tasking
