Job Description

The Teller FT role involves providing exceptional service, building relationships with members, and assisting with their financial needs through effective communication and product recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service and build impactful and lasting relationships with members and fellow Advians
- Answer member's questions and service their accounts
- Utilize natural curiosity to actively listen and uncover needs to recommend products and services that benefit their individual financial needs
Required Qualifications:
- To genuinely care about people creating you to Act with Integrity and Keep People at the Core
- A willingness to learn and appreciation of coaching to foster professional growth
- A want to be empowered to find ways to say Yes!
- Strong communication skills
- A team centered mentality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred, but we can teach this too!
