Job Description
Summary: Advia Credit Union is a fast-growing organization that serves nearly 200,000 members with a strong commitment to community and member satisfaction. They are seeking a Bilingual Member Contact Specialist I to provide exceptional service and support, answer member inquiries, and recommend suitable financial products and services. This role involves handling incoming calls and ensuring a positive experience for all members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service and support to members and fellow Advians
- Answer member’s questions, service their accounts, and recommend products and services that will best fit their financial needs
- Receive incoming calls and offer solutions whether that be a product, service or resource that the caller requires (or could benefit from) while creating an exceptional experience
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency testing is required, with a specific need for Spanish language proficiency
- A willingness to learn and desire to be coached
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to ask questions for clarification
- Patience
- A team centered mentality
- A passion for helping people
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience is strongly preferred, but we can teach this too!
