Now Hiring: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Strongsville and Woodmere (and occasionally help in Akron-Canton) As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey by delivering simple, effective, office-based care that helps them breathe freely. What You’ll Do: Provide patient-centered medical care under the supervision of our experienced physicians Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root-cause solutions Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health Assist with in-office procedures, as needed What You Bring: Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Current OH licensure Written verification of 1000 hours of prior supervised practice and prescribing experience Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues A strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities An interest in ENT services and procedures A valid driver's license is required Ability to work part time 2-3 days a week in our Strongsville and Woodmere Clinics with occasional help in Akron-Canton Why Choose ADVENT: 401k match & life insurance Regular business hours—no nights or weekends Manageable workloads that allow you to leave work at work A culture that values solutions and encourages growth Monday and Wednesday 8:00am-4:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm and Friday 8:00am-2:30pm Explore more at ADVENT Careers Salary Description $58-67/hour
