HR Intern - HR Business Partner (HRBP)

What You'll Do

• Support employee onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Assist with employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and people data.
• Support performance management, internal mobility, and HR projects.
• Partner with HRBPs on employee relations and business-facing HR activities.
• Coordinate employee communications, surveys, and HR events.

What We're Looking For

• MBA/PGDM - HR students or recent graduates in HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Passion for building a career in Human Resources.
