Bilingual Recruiter – Paid Training & Growth Opportunity
Have you ever wanted to get into Recruiting or Human Resources but didn’t know where to start?
This could be the opportunity that opens the door.
We are looking for a motivated, driven, people-focused, and growth-minded bilingual English/Spanish Recruiter who is ready to learn, grow, and make an impact by connecting great people with great opportunities.
You do not need to have it all figured out. We are willing to train the right person who has the right attitude, communication skills, work ethic, and desire to grow.
If you have ever been curious about recruiting, HR, interviewing, hiring, or helping people find the right career path, this is your chance to start building that experience in a real, fast-moving company with mentorship, structure, and growth opportunities.
This is not your typical recruiting role. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, asking thoughtful questions, building relationships, and being part of a team that is constantly growing and evolving.
If you are bilingual, coachable, organized, and excited about helping people find the right career opportunity, we want to meet you.
