Job Description
Summary: Adobe is a company dedicated to changing the world through digital experiences. They are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to help provide exceptional customer experiences by developing and delivering secure and scalable services on an evolving technology platform.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all aspects of the SDLC, including design, development, code review, testing, bug fixing, and code/API documentation
- Contribute to new features and services using our development technologies that will delight marketers, IT professionals, and other knowledge workers worldwide
- Take part in an on-call rotation responding to incidents and supporting critical production infrastructure
- Build and update Kubernetes clusters hosting microservices that address sophisticated problems and perform at scale
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership for the entire infrastructure; including design, build, validation, deployment, and support of production systems
- Participate in technical discussions about what emerging tools, technologies, and processes are coming that may impact how we improve our products and our SaaS platform in the future
- Provide your perspectives on the creation and modification of our technology roadmaps
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of solving sophisticated problems with creative solutions
- 1-2 years of programming and/or DevOps experience preferably with experience in Kubernetes and coding in Python
- An understanding of SRE standard methodologies: SLI/SLO/Error budgets
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience with monitoring tools for infrastructure (Datadog, Prometheus, Nagios, etc.)
