Location: Noida
Role Overview
This role advances India’s Employee and Labor Relations capability through anticipatory governance, risk forecasting, and thoughtful oversight. It suits an experienced ER leader who remains current on regulatory and labor trends, converts complexity into practical workplace advice, and works well across various functions.
The role provides an India-specific perspective while aligning with global ER principles and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Labor Relations & Regulatory Readiness
Understand and act on emerging labor and employment developments in India, informed by relevant global signals and established guidelines.
Interpret updates in regulatory and labor legislation to clarify their effects on ER, highlighting risks, areas for preparation, and possibilities for growth.
Work closely with Legal and Compliance to incorporate regulatory interpretation into ER governance, processes, and workplace practices.
Executive Escalations & Complex Case Oversight
Provide senior-level oversight on complex, high-risk, or executive-level ER matters.
Lead or coordinate investigations when required, ensuring consistency, fairness, and good judgment.
POSH Governance & Respectful Workplace Practices
Own POSH governance from an ER or equivalent experience perspective, ensuring rigor, consistency, and risk mitigation
Enable collaborators through framework clarity, aligned with broader harassment prevention efforts.
Integrity & Compliance Case Partnership
Serve as the primary ER point of contact in India for Integrity and Compliance-led matters.
Ensure aligned case strategy, clear pathways for blocking issues, and consistent application of standards across functions.
ER Governance, Insights & Risk Identification
Act as a central ER governance partner for India with access to trends, patterns, and emerging risks.
Identify systemic gaps, process weaknesses, or capability needs and recommend practical interventions.
Use data and insights to inform leadership decisions and strengthen the overall ER ecosystem.
