Location: Noida
Role Overview
Adobe is seeking an exceptionally skilled Advanced Analytics & Reporting Analyst 4 to drive the development, analysis, and optimization of sales quotas and commission frameworks. This role blends technical expertise (Python, SQL, analytics) with strong Sales Operations domain knowledge, including quota planning, commission structures, and performance analysis.
You will lead a small team while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and RevOps collaborators to ensure data-driven decision-making and scalable analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Quota Planning & Analytics
Lead end-to-end quota setting, allocation, and validation processes
Analyze quota attainment, coverage, and capacity models
Identify gaps and recommend data-driven adjustments
Commission & Incentive Analysis
Support commission plan build and efficiency tracking
Partner with Finance/Sales Ops to ensure accurate payout modeling
Analyze incentive performance and return on investment
Technical & Data Leadership
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions using Python and SQL
Develop dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting frameworks
Apply AI/ML or AI agents to enable automation, identify anomalies, and provide predictive insights
Sales Operations Partnership
Collaborate with Sales Ops on territory planning, segmentation, and performance tracking
Provide actionable insights to sales leadership
Ensure alignment between quota targets and business goals
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analysts
Drive guidelines in data quality, governance, and analytics
Manage project prioritization and communication with collaborators
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Python (pandas, data modeling, automation)
Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, optimization, data warehousing)
Experience working with AI/ML or AI agents applied to analytics or automation
Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Functional Expertise
Deep understanding of quota setting & review processes
Extensive knowledge of sales compensation / commission structures
Expertise in Sales Operations (territory planning, forecasting, important metrics)
Leadership & Experience
6–10+ years of experience in Analytics / Sales Ops / RevOps
Prior experience leading or mentoring a team
Strong collaborator management and communication skills
Success Metrics
Accuracy and efficiency of quota models
Timely and accurate commission insights
Adoption of analytics tools and dashboards
Collaborator happiness and decision impact
