Application Color Scientist - Erlanger, KY
Position Summary:
The individual holding this position is required to have working knowledge of Color Applications in Food and Beverage applications, specifically with Colors Exempt from Certification (commonly known as Natural Colors), including common knowledge of raw materials and ingredients used in their creation. Also, a strong understanding of formulation trouble-shooting and stability protocol for color and finished products is expected.

- Broad Color Portfolio
- Powders and Powder Blends
- Applications across Food and Beverage (Pet Food a plus)
- Commercialization from Bench-Top to Production-Scale
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for testing color formulations across all food & beverage applications (pet food application a plus)
- Collaboration and cooperation with other employees, including color scientists and product developers
- Executing stability protocol on color toolbox and finished products to validate stable solutions

Requirements:
- BS/MS (Science) with 5+ yrs’ color science experience;
- PhD with 3+ yrs’ color science experience outside of academia
