HR Executive at Aditya Birla Capital (ABCL) in Mumbai(Andheri)

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, vendor management, and employee data management. The role requires strong coordination skills, process orientation, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple HR activities simultaneously.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Experience in BFSI/Financial Services industry preferred.

Skills Required

• Good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR trackers.
• Experience in vendor management and invoice processing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with HRMS and recruitment portals will be an added advantage.
