Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to build production-grade web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will own features end-to-end, from database design and backend services to frontend development. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can work independently, handle ambiguity, contribute to design decisions, and take complete ownership of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and REST APIs.
• Build end-to-end features covering database, backend, and UI layers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive implementation.
• Develop maintainable, testable, and high-quality code.
• Identify and communicate project risks and blockers proactively.
• Participate in architecture discussions and system design decisions.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Must-Have Skills

Frontend

• Strong JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+, Async/Await, Closures)
• Hands-on experience with React.js
• Good understanding of Hooks, Component Architecture, and State Management

Backend

• Strong Python programming skills with production-level experience
• Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask

Database

• Experience working with relational databases such as:
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• SQL Server
• Equivalent RDBMS
• Strong understanding of:
• Schema Design
• SQL Joins
• Indexing
• Query Optimization

Architecture & Problem Solving

• Ability to design scalable systems and solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Electron framework experience for desktop application development

• Agentic Frameworks such as:
• LangGraph
• ADK (Agent Development Kit)
• Swagger / OpenAPI documentation experience
• Git and version control best practices

• Basic DevOps exposure:
• Docker
• CI/CD
• Unit Testing and Integration Testing experience
