❤️Why People Who Never Planned This... End Up Loving It.
Most of our caregivers didn't start in healthcare.
They came from retail, food service, factories, or stayed home to raising families.

Then something clicked:
They wanted work that actually meant something.

Now they say things like:
"I didn't expect this to feel so rewarding."
"My clients feel like family."

---

✅What You'll Actually Do
This isn't a hospital job.
You're helping someone stay comfortable in their own home.

Short visits may include:

• Checking in and providing companionship
• Helping with a meal or light housekeeping
• Assisting with simple daily tasks
• Making sure someone feels safe and not alone

Simple help. Real impact.

🎓We Train You - No Experience Needed
If you've never done this before, that's okay.
We provide Hands-on training so you feel confident:

• How to safely support seniors
• What to look for during visits
• How to communicate with our team

You won't be sent out unprepared.

---

❤️You're the Eye of Care
During your visits, you're not just "stopping by."
You're the Eyes and Ears of Adelmo, helping us understand how each client is really doing. Using Albert.ai, your observations help us catch small changes early and respond quickly.
Even short visits provide valuable insight.
What you notice matters.
