💼 Why This Work Matters

Everyday, a senior in our area faces the possibility of leaving their home.
When you join Adelmo, you help make sure that doesn't happen.

This isn't just a shift - it's meaningful, human work that truly matters.
A Smarter Kind of Caregiving
At Adelmo you're not out there alone.

Our caregivers are the eyes and ears of our care team, helping us understand what's really happening in each client's day-to-day life. Through our use of Albert.ai, your observation help identify small changes before they become big problems.

What you notice matters.
