Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with business leaders, developing creative sourcing strategies, and making an impact on hiring outcomes?
Adecco is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our client's Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiting professional who can manage full-cycle recruitment while serving as a strategic talent advisor to hiring leaders.
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of permanent positions, develop proactive talent pipelines, provide market insights, and partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to identify and attract top talent.
The Senior Recruiter will also serve as a front-line leader within the Talent Acquisition function, helping mentor recruiting team members, manage external recruiting vendors, and support strategic initiatives designed to improve recruiting performance.
Work Model: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Range: $40-$45 DOE
What You'll Do
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt positions, from sourcing through offer and hire.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners and external talent providers.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, job boards, and proactive talent pipeline development.
- Identify and attract diverse, qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Provide hiring leaders with labor market insights, competitive intelligence, and recruiting recommendations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and hiring processes.
- Mentor and guide Recruiters and other team members on recruiting best practices and procedures.
- Act as a trusted liaison between candidates, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and strategic initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
- Develop recruiting reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for leadership.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, staffing firms, executive search firms, and other talent providers.
- Monitor and deliver against key Talent Acquisition metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline development, and other recruiting KPIs.
- Stay current on industry trends, talent market conditions, and innovative recruiting practices.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting in a corporate, Operations, technical, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience recruiting for a combination of exempt and high-volume non-exempt positions.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition processes.
- Previous experience managing external recruiting vendors, staffing agencies, MSPs, executive search firms, or other talent providers.
- Advanced experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as SuccessFactors, Taleo, or similar platforms.
- Strong ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruiting data and reporting to drive hiring decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting mid-to-senior-level professionals.
- Experience working within a highly matrixed Operations environment.
- Recruiting experience across areas such as:
- Engineering
- Supply Chain
- Analytics
- Manufacturing
- Technical Operations
- Experience mentoring recruiters or leading Talent Acquisition projects.
- Experience using recruiting analytics and labor market data to develop hiring strategies.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
