Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have strong training delivery experience, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to conduct workshops, classroom sessions, and awareness programs across schools, corporates, and educational institutions. The candidate will play a key role in developing skilled professionals in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Workshop Delivery

• Deliver training programs, workshops, and awareness sessions for schools, corporates, NGOs, and educational institutions.
• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, Inclusive Education, and Behavior Management.
• Facilitate interactive learning through case studies, group activities, practical demonstrations, and role plays.
• Evaluate participants through assessments, assignments, and competency-based evaluations.

Curriculum & Content Development

• Design and develop training modules, presentations, handouts, learning resources, and workshop materials.
• Update content regularly based on industry best practices and current special education methodologies.
• Create engaging learning experiences suitable for diverse learner groups.

Mentorship & Learning Support

• Mentor trainees, educators, caregivers, and professionals.
• Provide guidance during internships, field exposure programs, and practical learning assignments.
• Support learners in achieving professional competency standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with schools, corporate organizations, special education institutions, and training partners.
• Facilitate awareness programs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, special educators, and multidisciplinary teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Ed. Special Education / M.Ed. Special Education (RCI Recognized).
• Valid RCI Registration / CRR Number preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
• Special Education
• Training & Development
• Workshop Facilitation
• School Training Programs
• Corporate Training
• Educational Institutes
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to independently handle classroom and workshop delivery.

Preferred

• Experience conducting corporate workshops and training programs.
• Experience in schools, training academies, educational institutions, or rehabilitation centers.
• Exposure to adult learning methodologies.
• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Inclusive Education, and Behaviour Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and virtual training platforms.
