Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging and visually appealing video content based on creative briefs.
• Add transitions, subtitles, text animations, music, sound effects, and other visual elements.
• Assist in creating basic motion graphics and animations.
• Work with the Creative, Content, Marketing, and Business teams to understand video requirements.
• Ensure videos are edited according to brand guidelines and content requirements.
• Repurpose existing content into short-form videos, reels, and promotional creatives.
• Take feedback from the team and make required changes within timelines.
• Organize and manage video files, footage, assets, and project files.
• Stay updated with current video editing and social media content trends.

Required & Preferred Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro Mandatory.
• Adobe After Effects Preferred.
• Understanding of video editing, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media formats.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AI tools for video editing, content creation, image generation, or workflow enhancement will be an added advantage.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new editing techniques, AI tools, and emerging content-creation technologies.

Eligibility

• Students or recent graduates from Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Film Making, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with personal projects, college projects, freelance work, or a video editing portfolio/showreel will be preferred.
