ADAMA is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end Supply Chain and Customer Service operations across Turkey.
This is a high-impact leadership role with broad responsibility across demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory, customer service, warehousing, logistics and import/export. You’ll work closely with the Country Lead, Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, Quality and Regional Supply Chain teams to balance customer service, product availability, cost, working capital and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading local S&OP and S&OE processes.
- Managing demand and supply planning, purchasing and inventory.
- Overseeing Customer Service, warehousing and logistics operations.
- Managing logistics providers, freight forwarders and other external partners.
- Supporting product launches, phase-ins, phase-outs and tolling activities.
- Driving Supply Chain performance, digitalisation and continuous improvement.
- Leading and developing the local Supply Chain team.
What experience you will bring:
- Proven experience in Supply Chain AND/OR Customer Service experience.
- Ideal experience gained within Crop Protection, Agrochemicals, Agriculture or a related industries.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
- Fluency in Turkish and English are essential.
- Hybrid working able to be on site in Izmir 2 days per week.
