Outbound Sales and Prospecting

• Conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective customers and partners
• Identify and qualify leads across institutions, NGOs, distributors, schools, libraries, and organizations

Sales Execution and Closure Support

• Drive leads through discussions, demos, evaluations, and commercial conversations
• Coordinate and support product demonstrations and trials
• Maintain disciplined follow ups and push for decisions
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Sales Discipline and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow ups, and outcomes
• Share regular pipeline and activity updates with the Senior Manager.
• Follow defined sales processes and activity expectations
