Join Our Loss Prevention Team

Active8 Wireless is looking for a responsible, alert, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loss Prevention Officer.

The role is focused on loss prevention, CCTV monitoring, inventory protection, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent observation skills, be comfortable working independently, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Loss Prevention: Identify, document, and report irregularities to help prevent operational losses and protect company assets.
• CCTV Surveillance: Continuously monitor CCTV feeds to identify unusual activities, operational issues, security concerns, and violations of company policies.
• Branch & Exit Monitoring: Monitor inventory movement, branch exits, and employee activities through CCTV and other available monitoring systems.
• Quality & Compliance Monitoring: Ensure staff and branch operations are aligned with company SOPs and standards.
• Incident Reporting: Accurately document incidents, observations, and irregularities and provide timely reports to management.
• Operational Monitoring: Keep track of day-to-day activities and highlight any deviations from established procedures.
• Administrative Tasks: Monitor and manage assigned tasks such as sales returns, discount reports, and customer calls.
• Daily Reporting: Prepare clear and accurate daily loss prevention and operational updates.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum Matriculation / Intermediate qualification.
• A-Level students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding and basic fluency in English.
• Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Responsible, alert, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Comfortable working in a CCTV surveillance and monitoring environment.
• Able to work effectively during night shifts.
• Must be willing to learn Spanish. No prior Spanish knowledge is required — we will provide training from the basics.
• Night shift availability from Monday to Saturday is mandatory.
