Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others? We're looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Driver to join our team in a fun, engaging day program environment. What You'll Do
• Safely transport members to and from the program on a consistent daily route.
• Build strong relationships with the individuals you serve by providing reliable, familiar transportation each day.
• Support individuals throughout the day with activities of daily living and personal goals.
• Plan and facilitate engaging activities, community outings, and opportunities for skill development.
• Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
• Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality care and meaningful experiences.
• Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all individuals served.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in human services is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow; we'll train the right candidate
