Founding GTM/Sales Lead at ActionAtlas in Seattle

Founding GTM / Sales Lead

ActionAtlas | Remote | United States

About ActionAtlas

ActionAtlas is an AWS-backed startup building an operating platform for creative agencies, studios, and production teams.

The product is built and live. We already have customers who use it and are happy with it.

Now we need to figure out how to get more.

The Role

We're looking for a Founding GTM / Sales Lead to build our sales motion from the ground up.

You'll work directly with the founders and own the early revenue function end to end:

• Define and refine our ICP
• Find and reach the right customers
• Build outbound from scratch
• Prospect, cold call, and run demos
• Close customers
• Develop our messaging and sales process
• Build and manage the pipeline
• Figure out what works and turn it into a repeatable sales motion
• Eventually help build and lead the broader GTM team

This is a hands-on founding role. You're not joining an established sales organization with a playbook, SDR team, and 50-page sales enablement document.

There isn't one.

You'll be building it.

Who We're Looking For

You might be a founding AE, early-stage salesperson, sales leader, or GTM operator who has actually built pipeline and closed B2B customers.

We're looking for someone who:

• Can hunt without being handed leads
• Is comfortable with cold outreach and calling
• Has a track record of actually closing deals
• Moves quickly and operates independently
• Can figure things out without an established playbook
• Is comfortable talking directly to founders and customers
• Wants significant ownership over what they build
• Gets excited by the idea of going from $0 to something meaningful

Experience selling to agencies, studios, media, production companies, or other creative businesses is a major plus.

Compensation

Cash salary: $0 initially.

We're offering:

• Up to 3% equity
• Revenue sharing on customers you bring in and close
• Founding-team level ownership and responsibility

Your upside is directly tied to the revenue you create.

The goal is simple: build revenue, and build the role with it.

As ActionAtlas grows, this person will have the opportunity to transition into a larger leadership role and eventually build and lead the GTM organization.

We're being completely transparent about where we are today. This is an early-stage company, and this role comes with real risk, real ownership, and real upside.

Our Hiring Process

We move quickly.

The entire application and interview process will take no more than 14 days.

We're not interested in dragging candidates through six rounds of interviews over two months. If there's a strong mutual fit, we'll know quickly.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a hunter.

Someone who sees a blank pipeline and thinks:

> "Give me a phone and a list."

Someone who doesn't need a playbook before making the first call.

If you want to help build the sales engine from zero and have a meaningful role in where ActionAtlas goes next, we'd like to talk.
