Full time Summer Intern 2026 at ActBlue in Remote

Summary: ActBlue is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating cutting-edge technology that fuels Democratic victories and enables progressive causes to thrive. They are seeking undergraduate students for their internship program, where interns will gain knowledge and skills while supporting various departments within the organization. Responsibilities: - Assist senior staff members in developing applications - Document and test new applications and features - Research and investigate a wide range of technical issues - Proactively learn about new technologies - Provide administrative support to staff under the direction of the intern supervisor for their assigned department - Participate in projects and programs designed to develop the intern’s professional skills and benefit the organization - Join and contribute to department meetings - As needed, conduct original research and prepare findings - Build a strong cohort with other ActBlue interns and meet regularly to network and collaborate - Interact directly with colleagues, clients, and/or other external constituencies as needed for planning or problem-resolution - Work on other job-related tasks as needed Required Qualifications: - Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one full academic year remaining after the internship period - Excellent organization and communication skills - Exceptional attention to detail - Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems - Strong commitment to ActBlue's mission - Availability to work 40 hours per week from May 26th, 2026, to August 14th, 2026 Preferred Qualifications: - Tech Interns: Computer science, or other STEM majors, or folks with exposure to and interest in technology, preferred Required Skills: Computer Science, STEM Majors Important Skills: Communication Skills, Organizational Skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Commitment to Mission, Attention to Detail, Adaptability Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Interns over the age of 21 have the option of opting into ActBlue’s 401k program.
