This position is primarily responsible for coordinating HD Pro and Commercial flooring projects from sale through completion. The Project Coordinator serves as the central point of communication between Sales Representatives, Installation Managers, customers, vendors, installers, and internal teams to ensure projects are organized, materials are ordered, schedules stay on track, and customers receive an exceptional experience.
This role supports project execution by coordinating installation schedules, processing change orders, ordering materials, maintaining project documentation, assisting with quotes, and helping resolve issues quickly and effectively. Success in this role comes from staying organized, communicating proactively, and keeping projects moving forward from start to finish.

Essential Functions(What you would be in charge of)
- You will coordinate HD Pro and Commercial flooring projects from order through installation completion.
- You will partner with Sales Representatives, Installation Managers, customers, installers, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and communicate updates.
- You will coordinate installation schedules and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or changes.
- You will process and track project change orders while ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- You will order flooring materials and supplies while monitoring deliveries, backorders, and purchase orders.
- You will maintain accurate project records, contracts, customer information, and supporting documentation.
- You will serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions and project updates throughout the installation process.
- You will assist with quote preparation, revisions, approvals, and customer follow-up as needed.
- You will proactively identify project issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them before they impact customers.
- You will support department initiatives, process improvements, and additional administrative or operational projects as assigned.

- You have experience coordinating projects, operations, customer service, or administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy working with multiple teams and keeping projects organized from start to finish.
