Summary: ACS is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to efficiently schedule projects and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves making and receiving scheduling calls, verifying purchased items, and following up with customers post-installation. Responsibilities: - You will be making and receiving a high number of scheduling calls - You will verify purchased items with the customer to ensure they receive the correct product - You will receive calls from our Installation team regarding their estimated time of arrival and when they arrive to the customers home - You will follow up with the customer upon installation to make sure they are highly satisfied Required Qualifications: - You have worked in a Call Center environment and loved it - You find joy in speaking with customers over the phone and are eager to find them the resolution needed - You like to push yourself in the number of calls you can accomplish per day - Rolling up your sleeves and getting into the nitty gritty is your thing and are always looking for the next task to accomplish - You value customer service and understand what it means to SAY YES to the customer - You are not afraid of challenges and adapt to changes in processes - You know how to use a computer and can navigate various systems (we created our system, so it is EASY to learn) - Problem solving is something you call yourself a pro at - You understand and know what it means when people say 'Teamwork makes the dream work' - Working overtime and/or weekends does not worry you - You are organized and like everyone to keep things as such Required Skills: Call Center Experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation (Planned Time Off), Sick/Personal (Unplanned Time Off), Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Account (HSA), Commuter Accounts, 401k with Employer match, Voluntary Short Term Disability, Company Paid Life Insurance and ADD, Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
