CA Intern \- Accounting Systems & ERP Reports at Acowale in Remote

Summary: Acowale is building modern ERP and business management solutions for growing businesses, and they are seeking a CA Intern to strengthen their accounting and reporting modules. The role involves analyzing accounting workflows, validating reports, and collaborating with various teams to enhance accounting features. Responsibilities: - Analyze and validate accounting workflows within the ERP system - Review and verify accounting reports generated by the platform - Work closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to define accounting requirements - Assist in testing and validating accounting features before release - Create accounting scenarios, test cases, and documentation - Ensure accuracy of financial, GST, and inventory-related reports - Compare ERP-generated reports with Tally reports and identify discrepancies - Support the team in designing and improving accounting modules Required Qualifications: - Pursuing CA (Inter, Final, or any stage of CA qualification) - Strong practical accounting knowledge - Excellent hands-on experience with Tally Prime - Good understanding of GST compliance and reporting - Knowledge of inventory and stock accounting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to identify and resolve reporting discrepancies - Good communication and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with ERP software - Articleship experience is an added advantage - Understanding of business processes across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance modules - Interest in accounting technology and software products Required Skills: Accounting, Tally Prime, GST Compliance, Inventory Accounting, Financial Reporting, GST Reporting, Stock Reporting, Bank Reconciliation Benefits: Exposure to ERP Product Development., Work directly with Product and Engineering teams., Hands-on experience in designing and validating accounting systems., Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
