Summary: Expedium Consulting, a subsidiary of Accurant International, is seeking an Entry Operational Technology Engineer responsible for assisting in various professional services projects within the electric utility industry. The role involves implementing technologies to help manage, monitor, control, and optimize energy networks, with a focus on achieving net-zero carbon emissions. Responsibilities: - Participate in professional services projects with electric utilities domestically and internationally - Perform end-to-end delivery of SCADA/EMS/GMS/ADMS projects using the Renovo Automation platform - Support customer interactions including system design discussions, testing events, training, and hands-on support - Perform installation, integration, data migration, and testing of the hardware and software system components - Own troubleshooting efforts for discovered system and software defects, deploying resolutions in a timely manner - Create and maintain project documentation and training materials as needed - Provide consultation services across other vendor platforms to enhance operational resilience and efficiency - Other technical and engineering duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Software Engineering; or related field - Organization and prioritization skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and risks within specified timeframes - Strong verbal and written communication skills with capacity to tailor explanations and solutions to all audience types - Experience independently troubleshooting and addressing technical problems - Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
