Turn Your Sales Success Into a Leadership Career

Accredited Roofing is looking for driven sales professionals who want more than their next commission check. We offer a structured 3–6 month path into Sales Management, giving high performers the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, learn how to manage a team, and work toward becoming a Roofing Sales Manager.

If you’re competitive, coachable, and ready to take the next step in your career, we want to meet you.

Why Accredited Roofing?

At Accredited Roofing, we believe our future leaders should understand the business from the ground up. Instead of hiring managers who have never done the job, we invest in developing proven salespeople into leaders.

You’ll have a clear path forward, hands-on mentorship, practical management experience, and the opportunity to earn your way into leadership based on your performance.

Your Path Into Sales Management

Phase 1: Prove Your Potential | Months 1–3

Start by succeeding as a member of our sales team while demonstrating your potential as a future leader.

During this phase, you’ll:

• Learn and master our proven sales process
• Build relationships with customers and generate new business
• Work toward becoming a top-performing sales representative
• Develop trust and influence within the team
• Participate in meetings, training, and team activities
• Demonstrate professionalism, consistency, and integrity
• Begin developing the skills and habits required to lead others

Perform at a high level and demonstrate leadership potential, and you’ll have the opportunity to advance into our Sales Manager in Training program.

Phase 2: Sales Manager in Training | Months 4–6

This is where you begin making the transition from salesperson to leader.

You’ll receive hands-on leadership development while learning directly alongside experienced management.

• Month 4: Shadow sales leadership and begin formal management training
• Month 5: Take on co-management responsibilities and help support team performance
• Month 6: Begin leading more independently with continued mentorship and support

By the end of the program, successful candidates will be prepared to step into greater leadership responsibilities and work toward a full-time Roofing Sales Manager position.

• Ambition to grow into leadership and management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset
• Ability to coach, encourage, and influence others
