We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of People & Culture to join our organization in Udaipur, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive people strategies that drive organizational success and foster a thriving workplace culture. You will partner with senior leadership to shape our human capital initiatives, build high-performing teams, and create an inclusive environment where employees can grow and excel.
Develop and implement strategic people and culture initiatives aligned with organizational goals and values
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of talent across all levels
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement programs
Lead the design and delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets and career paths
Establish and maintain compliance with Indian labor laws, regulations, and company HR policies
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Supervise and mentor the HR team, fostering professional growth and operational excellence
Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs, succession planning, and organizational development opportunities
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and retention
Manage HR budgets and optimize resource allocation for people-related programs
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
qualifications
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related field
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing HR teams
Proven expertise in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated experience in organizational development and culture transformation
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
Experience in performance management, compensation, and benefits administration
Proficiency in change management and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
Preferred experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement program design
Preferred knowledge of training facilitation and instructional design
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
