The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead the sales team, monitor market and competitor trends, and develop effective sales strategies. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to drive sales performance while contributing to revenue optimization are essential for success in this role. qualifications Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset A proactive, solution-oriented approach Strong knowledge about the hotel & the competition and close follow up on developments of the competitor hotels(occupancy, structural alterations, renovation, special campaigns, rate promotions, marketing efforts, theme events) Carries own markets/sectors assigned by the Director of Sales & Business Development and works to grow and develop their productions by scheduled sales calls, entertainment (SOP) and telemarketing (SOP). Closely follows-up the pace and trend analysis with Revenue Management. To follow up and ensure that team’s and his/her activity goal is reached and prepare Sales Activity Reports (SOP) on weekly basis to present to the Director of Sales & Business Development.
