Access Healthcare Services is hiring for the position of Group Leader HCC!

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong team handling and leadership experience in the HCC domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HCC professionals.
• Handle day-to-day team operations and ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback/coaching.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Support team members in process-related queries and escalations.
• Drive performance improvement and maintain team efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• 6+ years of overall experience in the healthcare/medical coding domain.
• Current designation should be equivalent to Team Lead.
• Mandatory: Team handling experience.
• Strong experience in HCC coding.
• Any relevant certification is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Notice period is negotiable.
