Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with various teams to develop course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessments and certification questions, ensuring that the training provided is relevant and impactful. Your contributions will help shape the future of technology education and empower individuals to thrive in their careers. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate and provide feedback on training effectiveness and learner progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storytelling. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to create engaging and informative training materials. - Experience in instructional design and curriculum development. - Familiarity with various training methodologies and adult learning principles.
