This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a thoughtful approach to integrating various technological components to ensure seamless operation and future readiness within dynamic environments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural designs with business objectives. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system efficiency and innovation. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java with Majesco or DxC or Bancs etc and any other insurance platform knowledge - Strong experience in designing scalable and high-performance enterprise applications. - In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and architectural frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions. - Familiarity with integration patterns and middleware technologies relevant to enterprise environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance in distributed systems.
