Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives with client expectations. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate relevant innovations into project delivery. - Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and core HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
