This role requires engaging directly with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and enhancing the overall reputation of the organization through thought leadership and trusted advisory relationships. The position demands a proactive approach to bringing emerging ideas to fruition while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives with client expectations. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and methodologies. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management. - Strong understanding of access control frameworks and identity governance. - Experience in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with compliance standards and risk management related to identity and access management. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
