Location: Chennai
Project Role : Security Architect
Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework tailored to align with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role includes creating detailed architectural plans that support secure cloud adoption and overseeing the documentation process for implemented security controls. The position also requires facilitating a smooth transition of security operations to a managed cloud environment, ensuring continuous alignment with business needs and performance expectations while collaborating with various teams to maintain robust security postures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security architecture within cloud environments.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance security frameworks to address emerging threats and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development of best practices and guidelines for cloud security operations.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on security architecture principles.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC).
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud security frameworks and controls.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
- Ability to document complex security architectures and operational procedures clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud service models and security implications across different platforms.
- Skilled in assessing security risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
